Registration > Registration procedure

> To register, you have to go first through the 'Meeting registration' page under the 'Registration' tab. You will be asked to use your 'SciencesConf.org' account or to create one if you do not have one.

> Once submitted, the organizers will validate your registration and you will receive a confirmation email. This may take a few hours. Be careful, this type of message may end up in your spam folder.

> If you wish, you can submit one or several  abstract(s) using the menu 'My submissions' in 'My Space'

If you would like to be considered for an oral presentation please submit your abstract before April 1st 2024.

Poster size: The maximum size of the poster is 115 cm high and 95 cm wide.

 

Thanks to the COST initiative, there is no registration fee for the meeting, however, meals, and social and cultural events have to be paid separately:

  • Excursion

The excursion is planned for May 8th 2024. We offer two different options. You will be able to choose one of the options during your reservation of the special events. This event needs to be paid for upfront.

  • Conference Dinner 

The Conference dinner is planned at a restaurant near the conference venue on May 9th 2024. This event needs to be paid for upfront.

  • Lunches and dinners at the venue  

Lunches and dinners at the conference venue can be booked while you reserve the special events. The payment for lunch/ dinner you will make at the conference venue upon your arrival.

Please note that booking accommodation in “Hotel Mercure Warszawa Grand” at a special price will be available until 30. April 2024. After this date, rooms can be reserved depending on hotel availability. Detailed accommodation and booking procedure information can be found under the 'Venue' tab.
